Oxidal Bagno has a full fleet of machines for aluminium surface finishing (mechanical silk-finishers, bench polishers and electro-chemical buffing systems) and 2 different anodic oxidation systems.
SYSTEM for profiles up to 10.5 metres long
- 1 system for buffing (max length 6.5 metres).
- 3 oxidation tanks for a total of 80,000 installed amperes.
- 1 traditional tank for electro-colouring.
- 1 tank for gold colouring by immersion in inorganic dyes.
- 1 tank for blue colouring by immersion in organic dyes.
SYSTEM for profiles up to 7.5 metres long
- 2 oxidation tanks for a total of 60,000 installed amperes.
- 1 traditional tank for bronze colouring by immersion in inorganic dyes.
Both systems are equipped with tanks for chemical silk-finishing, de-coating, degreasing and fixing of aluminium: treatments that are interspersed by washes in running and demineralised water.
